Conference Registration

IMPORTANT 2026 Registration Details

The conference is ITAR Restricted. U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder Verification is required of all attendees, and Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement Certification Form DD2345 is required of Non-Government attendees.

The Conference Registration includes attendance to four (4) days of Concurrent Sessions, three (3) days of ITAR-restricted Expos and Networking Socials, and access to our Conference App.

All Speakers must register as an attendee.

For your protection, payments cannot be taken over the phone. All payment information must be submitted either during the initial registration process or through the link provided in the attendee registration confirmation.

Online registration will be discontinued at 12:00 PM EST on Friday, January 23, 2026. People wanting to register after this date must do so on-site at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel. Please consult the agenda for additional registration times.

 

Registration Requirements

The following ITAR Certification requirements are mandatory for ALL Attendees and Exhibitors. Non-Government Attendees MUST have BOTH documents. Graduate students will also be required to show Student ID or will be charged full price.

1. Citizenship
  • Attendance is limited to U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card Holders.
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Resident / Green Card must be presented and verified at registration check-in (Required for ALL Attendees and Exhibitors).

Please provide ONE of the following valid documents:

  • Current U.S. Passport, or Passport Card
  • Raised seal U.S. Birth Certificate with government-issued photo ID
  • U.S. Permanent Resident / Green Card
  • Government ONLY Valid CAC Card (See Image Below)

2. DD Form 2345 Certification along with Employee Verification and Export Control Training

To determine if your employer already has a certification on file that extends to all employees at your location, visit the website here or call the Joint Certification Office at
1-877-352-2255. PLEASE NOTE: Every location of a company MUST have its own certification.

Government Attendees

All U.S. active-duty military personnel and Government Civilian Employees are exempt from the following certification requirements but must show proper identification at registration check-in.


Non-Government Attendees (Including Contractors)

To qualify to attend the conference, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder. All non-government attendees (including contractors) are required to have a government Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Logistics Information Service certified DD Form 2345. The certification number is provided by the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office (JCO) located at the Logistics Information Services in Battle Creek, Michigan. This is the only authorized source of certification numbers.

Employee Verification

Your Facility Security Officer (FSO)/Data Custodian/HR’s approval will be REQUIRED for attendance to the Conference.

During the registration process, you will need to supply the name and email address of your FSO/Data Custodian/HR contact. An email will be sent to the FSO/Data Custodian/HR contact you supplied, so ensure you have entered the correct contact information on the registration form. A response from your FSO/Data Custodian/HR contact is REQUIRED for attendance to the conference.


Export Control Training

Your Facility Security Officer (FSO)/Data Custodian/HR Contact will also be asked to verify that you have completed an Export Control Compliance (or ITAR) Training in 2025. 

If your company does not provide Export Control Compliance (or ITAR) Training or if you are unsure that you have taken Export Control Compliance (or ITAR) Training in 2025, please review the Export Control Training from the DLA (Intro to Proper Handling of DoD Export Controlled Data) a 15-30 minute read. If using the DLA Training, please provide a notification to your FSO/Data Custodian/HR Contact that you have taken this DLA Training so that they can verify the training date to approve your registration.

 

Processing, Confirmation & Cancellations

Note: Online registrations must be completed before checks can be accepted. Indicate participant name(s) on checks to ensure payment is applied correctly.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Written cancellation notice must be received before TBD to qualify for a refund. (Email cancellations must include "CMS 2026", attendee full name, and company name.)
  • Cancellations received after Monday, Jan. 12, 2026, and attendee "no-shows" are not eligible for a refund.
  • Substitutions with a registration fee transfer can be made at any time without cancellation fees.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $75 processing fee.

Payment Receipts

  • Payment receipts are emailed to the address provided during registration.
  • Credit card payments receive an emailed receipt from Authorize.net.
  • Check payment receipts will be emailed once processed.
  • To pay online later, log in using the registration link in your confirmation email.

Your Registration Confirmation

Online registrants will receive an electronic confirmation notice sent to the email provided during registration. Ensure the email address is correct to receive confirmations and updates regarding the Conference.

"Pay by Check" registrants receive a pending confirmation. After check processing, a final registration confirmation will be emailed.

Onsite Registration

  • All attendees must check in at the CMS Registration Desk at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel.
  • Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
  • Onsite registration will be available, but rates may be higher.
  • Onsite registrants are not guaranteed handout materials or access to food functions.

Badges

Attendees must wear ID badges throughout the Conference, including general sessions, training and technical sessions, and the Exhibit Hall.
ID badges are non-transferable. CMS reserves the right to withdraw any badge used by someone other than the registered attendee.
